Payment and Delivery of Order

Payment: The complete cost of your order or purchase will be shown to you during the checkout process. Before processing your order, we require payment in advance, unless there is a prior written agreement stating otherwise. Payment can be made using most major credit or debit cards, as well as other online payment methods available on the checkout page. When using a credit/debit card for payment, you must ensure that it belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. Third parties will conduct validation checks on all credit/debit cardholders, and the card issuer must authorize the payment. In the event that the card issuer denies authorization or the validation checks yield unfavourable results, we will be unable to accept your order. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery, and we are not obliged to disclose the reason for the refusal..

Delivery of Order: After placing an order with us, we will confirm it and ship the products to the delivery address using the method you selected. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the estimated delivery timeframe, as agreed upon. Refund Policy

If at the time of delivery – your Sprint Digital Card is damaged, you will be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged Sprint Digital Cards with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. If your phone does not detect the card due to NFC enablement issues on your phone – we do not take responsibility for the same. There will be no refund in such a case. Refund request – if you are eligible – must be emailed within three (3) working days from the date of purchase. .

Name & Logo Cards

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to provide your logo by email at sprintassureindia@gmail.com in the desired format as explained to you at the time of sale within three (3) working days from the purchase. Refund request – if you are eligible – must be emailedsprintassureindia@gmail.com within three (3) working days from the date of purchase. .

Metal Cards

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to provide your logo by email at sprintassureindia@gmail.com in the desired format as explained to you at the time of sale within three (3) working days from the purchase. You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not respond to our team with approval of the design shared with you within 2 days of receiving the what’s app message/email from us. .

Refund request – if you are eligible – must be emailed within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.

*In the case of online payment, delivery will be done at 3-7 working days after giving all basic details of card.

*In the case of cheque payments, pls note the delivery of the cards will be done at 3-7working days after cheque clearance and the days mentioned are from the date of clearance of the cheque.
